With its original shape, the Pavoni Coin Silicone Mould is ideal for making a surprising Christmas log, but also cakes to share throughout the year.
This silicone log mould is particularly flexible, allowing the most complicated creations to be easily unmoulded without snagging. You can decorate your desserts or logs with our range of professional sprays or with our individual decorations.
This silicone pastry mould withstands temperatures from -40 ° C to + 300 ° C (for baking, freezing, deep freezing).
Composed of 100% food-grade silicone, this silicone log mould allows you to make an individual log of approximately 1200ml.
We advise you to quickly clean your silicone mould under water, with a degreasing product and a non-abrasive sponge. Pavocake moulds can also be washed in the dishwasher.
To pack and transport your Christmas log, you can use our cardboard log boxes.
