The gel dye is very concentrated, you need little dye to achieve the desired shade. Its neutral taste does not alter the flavors of your preparations.
Easy to use, add a small amount of gel dye in the mass. For sugar paste or marzipan, knead the paste to distribute the colouring. For cake batters, incorporate your gel colouring before baking.
To make a rainbow cake, we offer a wide choice of colours.
