Versatile, the gel food colouring allows you to colour sugar paste, marzipan, butter cream, macaroons but also all your cake batters.
The gel dye is very concentrated, you need little dye to achieve the desired shade. Its neutral taste does not alter the flavors of your preparations.
Easy to use, add a small amount of gel dye in the mass. For sugar paste or marzipan, knead the dough to distribute the dye. For cake batters, incorporate your gel colouring before baking.
To make a rainbow cake, we offer a wide choice of colours.
