Our water-soluble Organic Caramel Natural Aroma, made in France, concentrated and 100% natural (certified organic), will allow you to give a fruity and subtle caramel taste to all your preparations.
It is composed of flavoring preparations, natural flavoring substances, water, ethyl alcohol *, lactic acid (3.05%) and courmarin: 160 mg / kg. (* From organic farming)
Ideal to incorporate in your ganaches, macaroon fillings, confectionery, travel cakes, ice creams, and flans among other pastries.
Chef's Tips: The Natural Organic Caramel Flavor is concentrated, pour a few drops according to the desired dosage, and mix with the help of our flexible spatulas in your preparations. Incorporate cold or at room temperature. If the preparation has to cook, increase the dosage according to the duration and intensity of the cooking.
You should therefore start with a light dosage and strengthen only if necessary.
The average dosage of an aroma is around 0.5% (5g per kg of preparation).
Packaging: 58 ml bottle, all bottles are fitted with a dropper.
