Easy to use, just fill the impressions of the silicone mold with the desired raw material, then delicately unmold. The flexibility of this mold allows you to easily unmold your subjects without damaging them. After use, clean your silicone mold with hot soapy water and leave to air dry.
To use this 1 part silicone mold with poured sugar, we advise you to pour the cooked sugar several times, in order to prevent the sugar from boiling too much. Turn the mold over to remove the excess, or for a full subject, wait 5 to 10 minutes at room temperature before turning it over. Leave to set for at least 1 hour in the inverted position (filling opening down). Carefully unmold and skid with a knife. The principle will be the same for chocolate.
