This Fire Red FunCakes Sugar Paste 1KG is red as fire and has a delicious vanilla flavor, ideal for decorating cakes, cupcakes, and cookies!
FunCakes fondant has improved roll quality, and a softer texture, so it's even easier to process. The fondant hardens after treatment.
For a round cake with a diameter of 24/26 cm, you need about 500 grams of fondant to cover your entire cake. To create knots and decorations, you can add 1 spoonful of tylose powder, and if necessary a little water for 250 grams of fondant. Knead well before use, and spread on a small layer of icing sugar.
Ingredients: sugar (80%), glucose syrup, vegetable fat (palm kernel, palm), water, humectant: E422, thickener: E415, E466, preservative: E200, acidifier: E330, natural flavor, color: E129. E129: may have side effects on activity and attention in children.
May contain traces of: almonds.
