The history of Caraïbe: Created in 1988, Caraïbe is a very well-balanced chocolate, with a seductive roundness and sweetness. Its profile is unanimously appreciated and it is the favourite of children.

The blend of cocoa beans: CARAÏBE is the result of a complex marriage of aromatic profiles of typical cocoa beans from the Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Jamaica and Togo, revealing round chocolate and roasted dried fruit notes, on a slightly woody finish.

Pastry associations : A real sure thing that appeals to the greatest number of people, Caraïbe goes very well with dried fruits (pecans, walnuts, macadamia, almonds, hazelnuts, pralines), citrus fruits (lemon peel, lemongrass) and spices such as vanilla or cinnamon.

All recipes combining CARAIBE with fruit (fruit half-baked, dried fruit brownies) are particularly recommended.
