Supple and malleable, BUENO Paste - Hazelnut Flavour (dulcey colour) can be easily sculpted to create decorations (flowers, figurines, etc.) and personalise your cakes. It offers a delicate hue and a delicious hazelnut taste that pairs perfectly with many other ingredients such as fruit, creams, sponge cakes, and chocolate!
Ingredients: sugar (74%), glucose syrup, vegetable fat (coconut oil, cocoa butter, sunflower oil), water, potato starch, cocoa powder, humectant: E422, corn starch, thickeners: E466, E413, E412, E415; acidity regulator: E330, hazelnut flavouring, preservative: E202.
GLUTEN FREE. PALM OIL FREE.
Average nutritional values per 100g: Energy: 1673kJ - 396 kcal // Fat: 6.1g of which saturated fat: 4g // Carbohydrates: 84g of which sugars: 76g // Protein: <0.5g // Salt: 0.14g
Usage: For modelling and covering. Knead the paste until it becomes soft and pliable.
Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place away from light.
Store any remaining paste wrapped in cling film in an airtight container.
