To get the better result from the start, we advise you to clean and slightly oil the inside surface before the first use. To preserve longetivity and efficacy of the non-stick coating, it’s advised to avoid overheating the mould when empty, to avoid cutting directly the coating and to use plastic or wood utensils.
As resistant as it is, the non-stick coating needs an appropriate care to maintain its performance.
Slight scratches and abrasions that may appear with use do not affect its non-stick ability. To clean it, use warm water, liquid soap and a non-abrasive sponge. This mould is also compatible with the dishwasher and can be used in the oven (maximum 210°C).
