fat-solubles Food Colours in Powder form can be used to colour your chocolate-based confectionery, or for spraying on chocolate to decorate Easter Eggs, Christmas pieces, etc.
These fat-soluble colouring powders can be used in all fatty preparations (not for use in FINE Baking).
To colour your preparations, simply add the fat-soluble food colouring directly to the mass, and mix well so that the pigments are evenly distributed.
Store in its sealed packaging in a cool, dry place.
Food colouring for use in food products and doses established in Regulation (EU) No. 1129/2011 of 11 November 2011 and Regulation (EU) No. 380/2012 of 3 May 2012.
In accordance with Decree No. 2022-1440, this product may be consumed after the stated use-by date.
