Create bases and structures for your artistic sugar pieces, with this Silicone Bars Kit, to cast sugar; used by the greatest sugar professionals.
These food grade silicone bars allow you to make all possible shapes. Flexible, shape the bars according to your wishes and place them on a flat surface to give the desired shape to your structure. You can also use them to pour chocolate. Each bar measures 60cm.
With these silicone moulds, you can create all possible pieces, in sugar or chocolate, for competitions or buffet decoration.
For cast sugar pieces, we advise you to use Isomalt (Le Magnifique ref S64) and water-soluble colourings from our range 'Intense'.
Our silicone moulds are made on request and require 3 days of manufacturing before being available!
