With its original and innovative shape, this Pavoflex Miss Mignon Silicone Mould is ideal for sweet or salty individual creations. This silicone plate is particularly flexible, allowing you to unmoulding the hardest creations easily. You can decorate your desserts or salty bouchées with our range of velvet spray or with our sweetened decorations.
How to use: this silicone mould can handle temperatures from -40°C to +300°C (for cooking, freezing, fast freezing)
Composition: 100% food grade silicone
Cleaning: we advise you to quickly wash you silicone mould with water, a grease removing product and a non-abrasive sponge. The Pavoflex mould can also be washed in the washing machine.
Dimensions: silicone plate of 30x40cm. 32 imprints of 46x28x20mm.
