These deep bottom moulds can be used alone or puit together for a 'pièce montée'.
You will find 4 moulds in this set: Ø15 x h. 7cm / Ø20 x h. 8 cm / Ø25 x h. 8,5 cm / Ø30,5 x h. 8,5 cm. The detachable bottom makes the unmoulding of your cake easier.
After cooking you can cut your cake with our cake cutter guide (DIE07) to get a regular thickness.
You can then decorate it with sugar paste, gumpaste flowers, sweetened decorations.
