The Injected Mould - Double Eiffel Tower 12 and 16 cm is essential for making gourmet chocolates to garnish or for decorating your shop windows.

Chocolate mould in 2 parts. Magnetised, there's no need to use chocolate tongs. The pouring feet provide stability when filling your moulds.

This thick, highly resistant thermoformed plastic chocolate mould adds shine to your chocolate subjects while making them easy to remove from the mould. The transparency of your chocolate mould makes it easy to decorate your pieces with colouring.

It's best to use couverture chocolate for smooth, shiny pieces. You can find our range of couverture chocolate here.

To mould your chocolate, colour your mould beforehand. Pour the couverture chocolate, at working temperature, into the chocolate mould, scraping off any excess with a spatula. Leave to harden (in the fridge). Unmould by tapping the mould flat on a hard, flat surface if necessary. Maximum temperature for use: 80-100°C.
