Ingredients: Bovine gelatine made from bovine collagen. Natural ingredients, no additives, no GMOS. Neutral in taste and odour, it does not aler the flavour of food. Gelatine suitable for human consumption.
Instructions: Place the gelatine sheets in cold water for 5 to 10 minutes. once ready, wring out the sheets well. Add the gelatine to the hot mixture without bringing it to boil. Stir until the gelatine has completely dissolved. Leave the mixture to cool and chill for 30 minutes to 4 hours, depending on your recipe.
Storage: Store in a dry place at room temperature. After opening, keep for 1 month at room temperature. For optimum enjoyment, the product should be consumed before the date indicated on the packaging. This product may be consumed after this date.
