Pavoni teamed up with the Pastries of Singapour team, winner of the Asian Pastry Cup 2016, to create this entremet mould Singapore, to create the Chocolate-Strawberry cake for the Pastry World Cup 2017.
This silicone mould can support different temperatures, from -40°C to +280°C, you can then use it for recipes that require cooking, freezing or fast freezing.
This entremet mould is made with flexible food grade silicone, making the unmoulding easier and thus keep the relief of the design. Kit base mould & top mould
After making your entremet, you can then decorate it with our range of velvet spray. To bring an elegant touch to your desserts, you can also use edible gold.
