Our 'Deco Sweet Cake' by Deco Relief range has been designed with our pastry chef to give you silicone moulds with modern and refined designs.
This range of silicone mould for cakes will allow you to create unexpected desserts, for professionals and amateurs. The 'Deco Sweet Cakes' collection offers a large choice in terms of sizes and shapes, that can be used for every occasion!
The silicone mould for cakes is ideal for cooking, up to 230°C and perfect for freezing, as it can bear temperatures down to -40°C.
The flexible silicone makes the unmoulding easier, without breaking; guaranteeing you an optimal result and cakes with perfect reliefs.
You can make inserts for your entremets with a stainless steel ring with a smaller diameter Ø.
You can play with the perfums and textures by making a cake with a crunchy base, fondant inserts, a mousse.... without forgetting the famous mirror glaze!
For every entremets recipes, we can offer you our couverture chocolate range and fruits puree; essential to make inserts and mousses. You can then decorate your desserts with our velvet spray, glazing, sweetened decorations or edible gold for a more precious cake!
With our 'Deco Sweet Cakes' silicone mould; the only limit will be your imagination!
After use, you can clean the silicone mould with the dishwasher.
