This Metallic Food coloring - Red - 9g is ideal for decorating surfaces such as chocolate, sugar paste, marzipan, macaroons and other sweet products.
Tip: Sprinkle the metallic colouring directly onto the surface to be decorated or spread with your finger. You can also apply your metallic food colouring powder with a brush for more precision. Simply dilute the powder in alcohol to obtain a food colour. You can also put the metallic powder in your polycarbonate chocolate moulds, it will transfer to the chocolate when you remove it from the mould. Can also be applied with an airbrush by diluting 10g of food alcohol with 2g of metallic food colouring.
Ingredients: E555, E172[nano].
Packaging: 9g jar of metallic food colouring. Close tightly after each use. Store in a dry place away from light, heat and humidity.
