These food colouring powders are for use as surface colouring, not to be incorporated into the mass. You can use it to decorate chocolates, sugar paste, marzipan, macaroons, desserts, etc. They are suitable for all uses!
For a glittery effect, simply sprinkle the metallic colouring on the surface to be decorated or spread it with your finger. For greater precision, especially with sugar paste decorations, you can use a fine brush. You can also use this powdered dye to make a food-safe paint. Simply dilute it in alcohol and apply with a brush. To make sparkling chocolate sweets, place a little metallic powder in the chocolate mould before applying your pastry or couverture chocolate. The colouring will transfer when the mould is removed.
