Made with food grade silicone, this lace silicone mould allows you to create a thin honeycomb for pastries, sugar paste cakes, chocolates.
This honeycomb mould in flexible silicone can be used with lace paste, Russian cigarette paste.
You can use this mould without an oven with marzipan, gum paste, lace paste, poured sugar. If you put it in the oven, you can make lace in biscuits or crepe lace.
Easy to use, spread your preparation on the mould with a spatula, make sure to fill in the pattern. Smooth out the excess and wait before unmoulding.
